Meet The Coaches

Coach MJ is in her 2nd year of coaching the EPHS Eagles Gymnastics team! She was a J.O competitor from 2004- 2013. She earned a full- ride scholarship to Auburn University in Alabama. MJ competed for Auburn all four years of her collegiate career. She specialized in Vault and Floor her Junior and Senior year! Her favorite event is floor because of the artistry and the ability for everyone's personality to shine through! She enjoys a good cup of coffee (definitely a pumpkin spice girlie) and a good book in a cozy spot. 

Coach Sally is in her first year of coaching the EPHS Eagles Gymnastics team! She competed in J.O. and then transitioned to competing for the Wayzata High School team. She competed for the Trojans for 6 years! Once she graduated high school, she attended Elon University in North Carolina where she cheered for the Phoenix all five years of her collegiate career! Sally is now teaching 5th grade in Minnetonka. During the summers, Sally works as a director for a teen travel company where she is able to live out her passion for traveling and site seeing!

Coach Miriam is in her first year of coaching the EPHS Eagles Gymnastics team! She competed in J.O. XCEL before she transitioned to High School gymnastics! As a gymnast, Miriam's favorite event was Floor, because it allows gymnasts to be creative! Miriam attended North Central University in Minnesota! While she attended North Central University, Miriam was a large factor in the growth of the programs she participated in! Miriam enjoys serving others and using her Fine Arts degree to be creative!

Coach David is in his first year of coaching the EPHS Eagles Gymnastics team! He is a former Hopkins High School cheerleader! His experience  in cheerleading led him to stunt with the Minnesota Vikings for a little while! Although you may have seen him buzzing around the Eden Prairie High School hallways, outside of school he enjoys being Spiderman at parties. David also enjoys dancing when he has free time and hears a good beat.
